BUSINESS BROKERAGE: As a business broker, you will work to identify business owners who wish to sell their businesses, contract with those owners to list their businesses, and work to negotiate and coordinate the transfer of ownership to an interested and qualified buyer. Part of the job consists of meeting with prospective buyers, interviewing and qualifying them to assist them in identifying businesses that fit their goals, and helping them through the process of offering and closing on that business.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must be college graduates interested in a full-time, commission sales position. Prefer applicants who are previous business owners or who have significant experience dealing with upper level management personnel. A basic understanding of business financial statements is required. Computer literacy is also a requirement including comfort using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and performing research using the Internet.

POSITION AVAILABLE: We are currently looking for sales professionals to join our Cleveland, Detroit, and Pittsburgh offices as Independent Contractors. The ideal candidate has a strong business background, good organizational and time management skills, a bachelors or advanced degree, is computer literate, and has a strong desire to earn an above average income. You must display a strong work ethic and be capable of working without constant supervision. You must be comfortable working in a commission only position that offers an above average income potential. Integrity a must! There are some up front expenses required by you as an Independent Contractor as well as making commitments for additional education in the field of business brokerage. There are also some marketing expenses as well as prospecting commitments that will be required for joining our Team.

THE COMPANY: We have been selling businesses since 2003. The main core of our business is considered the Main Street business. These are the businesses that are doing less than $1 million in sales annually. In addition, we also target businesses with revenues between $1 - $20 million. To reach and service these entire markets effectively, we need to increase our professional sales staff.
